Email enquiries@lbhsc.org.uk with the swimmer's name, age and current ability, and your message will reach the right volunteer. For squads and assessed routes the first step is a free trial; complete beginners in Learn to Swim start lessons without one.
If cost is a barrier, contact the club in confidence at enquiries@lbhsc.org.uk and mark your message confidential. There is no formal application process; we would rather have a short conversation. Ask early, rather than dropping out later.
For urgent safeguarding concerns, contact emergency services (999) or the NSPCC (0808 800 5000) first. For non-urgent concerns, email enquiries@lbhsc.org.uk with "Safeguarding" in the subject line. Our Designated Safeguarding Lead is Nadia.
