Chair Trustee

I have been a dedicated member of the Hounslow community my entire life, witnessing firsthand the transformative power of swimming. As a mother to a son who swims, I understand the importance of ensuring that children from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds have access to opportunities that allow them to reach their full potential.

With a background in nursing, I bring a wealth of experience in community healthcare, hospitals, including working in prisons and specialising in dementia care for the elderly. My commitment to inclusivity and representation drives my mission to ensure that every child and young person in the community has access to the benefits of swimming and exercise.

I believe we are poised to be a catalyst for change, working to create a more inclusive Hounslow where every child and young person can have the opportunity to thrive.

Tanvir brings extensive experience in global marketing and brand strategy, having worked across FTSE10 organization, start-up, creative agency, and consultancies in Asia, the Middle East, and over 150 countries worldwide.

Passionate about fostering personal growth and inclusivity, Tanvir actively mentors young professionals from developing countries, helping them navigate challenges and unlock opportunities. Beyond his professional expertise, Tanvir enjoys exploring new cultures, sharing stories through marketing, and championing diversity and inclusion

Louis Gargour

Deputy Vice Chair

Louis runs the investment management team at LNG Capital, leading idea generation across credit markets. As CIO, Louis oversees investment and directs the organization’s investment management decisions. He has over 30 years investment experience with expertise in government bonds, investment-grade, high-yield, distressed, and special situations.

As a result of his strong performance Louis and his team have been nominated for numerous awards and honourable mentions from Eurohedge, Investhedge, HFR, Hedge, Barclays Hedge, and others.

Neena Agarwal

Charity Trustee

Neena is a member of the local community having grown up and remains living in Hounslow. She was also a member of Hounslow Swimming Club when she was a teenager. Neena read law at university and has a background in working with young people and also in promoting Diversity and Inclusion. Neena is parent to a teenage daughter who is very sporty.
